Cally24 API

This API powers the Cally24 Zapier integration. Base URL: https://cally24.com/api/zapier. All responses are JSON.

Authentication

Every request needs the customer's Cally24 key in the X-API-Key header. Customers create their key in the dashboard under Integrations → Cally24 for Zapier → Make my key. Only a hash of the key is stored; a new key replaces the old one. Invalid keys return 401.

Endpoints

GET ?r=me

Auth test. Returns the connected business.

POST ?r=subscribe

Creates a REST hook. Body: { "event": "lead" | "booking" | "urgent", "target_url": "https://hooks.zapier.com/…" }. Returns { "id": "…" }.

DELETE ?r=unsubscribe

Removes a REST hook. Body or query: { "id": "…" }. Returns { "ok": true }.

GET ?r=list&event=lead|booking|urgent

Latest 25 calls for that event, newest first (used by Zapier to load samples). Same object shape as the hook payload.

Events

Event	Fires when
`lead`	A call ends with a new lead or an existing customer (spam and sales calls are excluded).
`booking`	Cally books an appointment into the connected calendar during the call.
`urgent`	The call was marked urgent.

Hooks are POSTed as JSON when the call is analyzed. Failed deliveries are retried up to 10 times.

Errors

Status	Meaning
401	Missing or invalid key
400	Bad request (unknown event, missing target_url)
